DIY Glitter Pumpkin
These pumpkins are so fun and make a beautiful statement. You can really pair them with the decor in the room you will be displaying them in and make a great addition to your Halloween decorations. This is a perfect idea if you don't want to light candles or dislike carving pumpkins. By using a plastic, paper, polystyrene or cardboard pumpkin like this which you can find in large craft stores such as Hobby-craft the pumpkin can last throughout autumn.
What you will need...
For this DIY you will need...
A pumpkin to decorate, Glitter in any colour you would like, PVA Glue or a Spray Adhesive, a Paint Brush and a Paper Plate or Tray for the PVA Glue.

1. Start with your pumpkin and remove the sticky label.
You can find pumpkins in most supermarkets around this time of year.
2. Use your paper plate to pour your glue in.
3. Cover your entire pumpkin in glue.
You can do this in stages or all at once. A useful tip is to start with the middle section of the pumpkin, then work your way out.
Step 5. GLITTER
Cover your entire pumpkin with glitter.
Step 6. (optional) Seal your glitter pumpkin with hairspray.

Hanging Bats DIY
This next DIY is so easy to make anybody can do it! This craft is great for the children to get involved with and have lots of fun making them ! All you will need is some black paper or card, white or glow in the dark paint, scissors, a paintbrush, a hole punch and some ribbon.
1. Draw out the shape of your bat.
Draw (or at least try to!) the outline of a bat on some black paper or card.
2. Cut our your bat.
4. Use some white paint to paint a face on your bat.
If you want to really go all out you could use some glow in the dark paint for the face.
5. Hole punch your poor bats head and add a loop of ribbon
DIY Felted Friends.
This week we tried something a little different and made a video tutorial for the Felted Friends. If you like this method for DIY's be sure to let us know in the comments and we can make some more little videos for you all. This craft doesn't have to just be applied to Halloween Decorations, it can be used to make any shape or character you want. Just be creative!
